Overall experience was not bad. The trip was a bit complicated with many city stops. Many positives. Driver details provided sufficiently in advance. Driver himself called a day before to confirm pick-up details. Shows professionalism and sense of responsibility. Ours was a business trip with a sizable contingent. The driver skillfully navigated narrow roads and city drives. Some of the negatives or things that need attention. No water bottles provided in the van. For such a premium service this is a basic amenity that needs to be provided. The driver was gruff to start off but later mellowed down. Some tips helped oil out the roughness. That shouldn’t be the case. He has to come across as friendly and willing to accommodate our needs without making the user feel uncomfortable. This is not a complaint but an area for improvement and a sensitisation process that particularly needs to be imparted at training. The vehicle itself is not very soundproof and a lot of engine noise inside the vehicle. We had to navigate a very rough ride because of bad roads. In the end having this van helped make it as comfortable as possible considering Indian conditions.
