What is the difference between Urbania and Tempo Traveller?

The Force Urbania is a premium van with lower ground clearance for easy boarding, 1x1 individual seating (not bench seats), superior suspension, individual AC vents, USB charging, and a Mercedes-derived diesel engine. Tempo Travellers have bench-style seating and are more budget-friendly. Urbania is significantly more comfortable for long-distance travel, especially for senior passengers.

What Urbania seating options are available?

We offer five Urbania tiers: 10 Seater Ultra Luxury (premium recliners, with a massage-seat option), 10 Seater Luxury (recliner pushback seats), 12 Seater, 16 Seater Premium and 16 Seater Normal. We also have 12 and 17 seater Force Tempo Travellers.

Do you provide Urbania rental outside Kerala?

Yes. Unlike most Kochi-based Urbania providers, we operate across three South Indian states -- Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. Popular routes include Kochi to Bangalore, Mysore, Ooty, Coorg, and Chennai.

Is the Urbania available for self-drive?

We booked a Force Urbania for our family trip to Munnar and Kulamavu, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions for a comfortable group trip. The vehicle was spacious, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for winding hill roads and long stretches.

Special mention to our driver, Stephen, who made the entire trip smooth and stress-free. He was punctual, courteous, and extremely skilled at navigating the Munnar-Kulamavu ghat roads safely. He also suggested some great viewpoints and stops along the way that weren’t on our original itinerary, which added a lot of value to the trip. His calm driving and genuine care for passenger comfort and safety stood out throughout.

A special mention to our driver, Mukhtar, who was outstanding. He drove very safely and smoothly throughout the journey and was extremely understanding, helpful, and accommodating. He made the trip much more comfortable and stress-free for everyone.

The vehicle was well maintained, and the overall service was reliable and professional.
Only downside is the size of the vehicle to get parking in towns or going through narrow roads.

The vehicle that was provided was extremely clean and well maintained.. the seats felt really plush and luxurious and came with great comforts such as massager and ventilation.. Our driver, Mughtar, was very professional and friendly. We came across some difficult terrain in Vagamon due to the narrow roads and wet weather however he was very accommodating and drove really well and in a responsible manner. Coming to the main point, the driver, Mukhtar. An amazingly humble and well-informed guy. He made our journey, such a pleasant one, that my family from the US, whose primary concerns were hygiene, safe driving and well spoken driver, were all checked off.
